2. Free Trial
We offer a free tier with 5 hours of transcription per month. We encourage all users to try our free tier before upgrading to a paid plan. This allows you to experience the full capabilities of Flowvant without any financial commitment.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase
- Service Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that we are unable to resolve
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for a service you did not request
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
- Partial months of service after the refund period
- Dissatisfaction due to features not included in your chosen plan
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date (after being notified of the upcoming charge)

5. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will automatically switch to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Any unused time will not be refunded unless covered by our 30-day guarantee
- Your data and settings will be preserved if you choose to resubscribe
8. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase
- After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months
- A processing fee may apply to prorated refunds
- You may switch to a monthly plan at any time, with the remaining balance applied as credit
9. Enterprise Plans

10. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Purchases made with promotional codes or at discounted rates:
- Are still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee
- Refunds will be for the amount actually paid
- Promotional credits are non-refundable
11. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to your data
- Additional fees that may be passed on to you
