By accessing or using Flowvant ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.

Flowvant provides voice-to-text transcription services powered by artificial intelligence. The Service converts spoken words into written text and may apply AI-powered editing to improve clarity and formatting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowvant and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flowvant.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on your subscription plan.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Flowvant cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

In no event shall Flowvant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Flowvant shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors or inaccuracies in transcription.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Flowvant does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
